The Florida Compassionate Medical Cannabis Act of 2014 (Senate Bill 1030) became law in Florida, in June, 2014. SB 1030 decriminalizes a medical professional’s recommendation and a patient’s use of low-THC cannabis for specific medicinal purposes.
